Ladies are here! 

Our 75th Year as a club and we now have a softball cricket ladies team.

It's a brilliant  set up where you can play at your own level. Just for training and a work out, to be part of a team of likeminded ladies who want to play or you can travel around the county in the summer on a Sunday and play friendlies or league matches with other clubs. 

You don't have to bring anything, it's a soft ball and plastic bats! Being able to laugh is essential.

So whether you want some time for you, want to meet some new friends and be out in the open playing a team sport that everyone can be involved in... this is the game for you. 

We currently have 30 ladies who are training with us weekly, some twice a week... (because the want to not because you have to)

We train Monday nights and Friday nights and games are usually played on Sundays.  We also have the skilled assistance of our overseas player who helps us develop our game.

It isn't just a summer sport either, we have a winter league which is again, friendly or league and we play around the county against other like minded ladies.

We suggest that it's 14+ for the sessions although watch this space as we might have some plans to support our younger ladies on the ECB pathway for cricket! 

You need NO KIT, NO EXPERIENCE, NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE.... Just bring you (and a friend) we have loads of space.

As a member of the club, you will also be invited to club functions. We are a fully integrated part of the club under the watchful and encouraging eye of our Chairman Matt. We are also sponsored by Golden Fry and have a home and away kit ready for you!

Cost: £25 one off payment and that's it - two tops and a hat and free to play each week! (Prices are subject to change annually)
